Can you let us know who is chat banned?
Chat banned players should have a way to let other players know they are chat banned by some sort of icon.
Played a game and no reply for pick order which fucked things up.
Give us an icon

Um the guy who did not communicate in champ select did so not cause he was chat banned. He did it cause he is a dick and is using it as a troll.
They'd just have a negative stigma attached to them for the whole game if they gave the chat restricted person an icon to show everyone else.
I didn't realise chat restriction stopped them from saying things in pregame chat tho.
The concern I'm sure is that doing so might players inherently toxic or particularly wary of the player's behavior. Perhaps a better solution would be to give chat-restricted players a chat command like /chatres that would post things like "This player is chat restricted. They may only chat X more times this game."
Usually they can message their friends but yea I agree they should still be able to talk in champ select to have some communication with their team.

I say there shouldn't be any indication that they are chat restricted. It will create bias against them which I feel could cause them to exhibit the negative behavior they are being punished for. They SHOULD be allowed to talk in pregame chat, though. I mean, ya if they are toxic you should report them, but if they can't communicate period it has negative effects for your team. It DOES show the offender how useful chatting is, though.
