A skin concept I came up yesterday during shower :D Her Q is throwing knife. W is tree branch root. E is iron claw. R is a blooming peace tree.

Interesting idea - I like the R especially. Q is awkward considering how it shatters into more projectiles. My thoughts on E would be the cherry blossoms at the base of the model would make up the trail portion of the animation, while the claw portion of the animation would be similar to Zyra's grasping roots.

She totally looks like the Painted lady from The Last Airbender.
Personally, I think the Q should be one big cherry blossom that explodes into a flurry of even more cherry blossoms. It should have a nice little audio flourish to go with it too.
I'm all for an Ionian or eastern themed Lissandra skin and I love this idea, however a Lissandra skin to me has to look Semi-regal. So like another Lunar Wraith skin or something along those lines or Ionian Elder. But yes I shall +1 this for my baby girl (Lissandra).
