[Champion Concept] Wizard - The Drunken Wizard
Lore: He's a wizard.
Intended role: Mage (duh).
Abilities:
Passive: _Don't drink and cast. _ When mana is insufficient for abilities, use health instead (2x as mana cost). Suicide by casting is an option.
Too drunk to cast If during Magicka, Wizard's mana becomes insufficient, the abilities will not only drain health, but all of the skillshots will be randomly directed.
(Q) Magical Beam. Range:800/1000/1500 Mana Cost: 30+30 per second. After a brief delay, Wizard shoots a magical beam towards target location, which stops at first target and deals damage.
(W) Water Magic. Range:450 Mana Cost:60/80/100 Create a blast of water in front of Wizard, knock back Wizard himself while knocking back all other enemies hit.
(E) Freezing Wave. Range:300 Mana Cost: 75+35 per second. Blow out freezing wave to slow enemies in front of Wizard and apply 1 stack onto enemies hit every second. After applying 3 stacks on an enemy, Freezing Wave starts to deal magic damage. Wizard can move while casting.
(R) Magicka. Mana Cost: 100 at all ranks. Duration: 6s/8s/10s
Passive: Gain 10/20/30 ability power.
Activation: Magicka is changed into Fire Magic and Wizard turns into "advanced casting" mode, he is allowed to combine any of the two abilities together to create new abilities. All abilities mana cost will remain the same.
Casting order is will not affect outcome effect.
Q+W Water Beam: Magical Beam not only deals damage, but also knocks back enemy minions on hit.
Q+E Freezing Beam: Magical Beam not only deals damage, but also slows enemies on hit and applies stacks.
Q+R Fire Beam: Magical Beam has increased base damage and AP ratio, also cause minions to flee in fire.
W+E Ice Spike: Wizard fires a row of ice spikes in front of him, deals damage and slows.
W+R Steam: Drains enemy gold Burst out a wave of steam, blind enemies in front of him while dealing damage.
E+R Cancellation: Wizard is too drunk to realize fire and ice cancel each other. Apply a question mark onto Wizard while refunding mana cost.
