Tako, The Beat of Ionia
Name: Tako
Color: Red-Orange,
Race: Fat Yordle
Nationality: Ionia, None,
Character Design: Fat belly drum. Similar to a Goron from Legend of Zelda. Prefers classical over rock. DJ skin? Blood moon skin?
Lore: As a young yordle, he loved to eat. Tako also idolized a certain yordle ninja. He travelled to Ionia to meet this guy, but upon arrival, quickly fell in love with music. He then wanders Valoran, in search of the perfect orchestra.
Friends: Sona- Music, duh and Kennen- He reminds him of his idol
Rivals: Olaf- He has no class
Passive: March to the Beat Tako’s abilities have different effects depending if it lands on the Upbeat or the Offbeat. His auto attacks are dependent on the speed of the beat and can not altered

W: Accelerato Cooldown: 8/6/5/4/3 second toggle Cost: No Cost? Changes timing of the beat. When toggled, the speed is 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5/2.75 faster.
E: Octave Jumps Cooldown: 21/18/15/12/9 seconds Cost: Upbeat: Tako leaps a fixed distance, dealing decent-high magic damage. Offbeat: Tako leaps near the target location, knocking up all surrounding enemies and himself. deals low-decent magic damage to enemies and % max health to himself.
R: Fortissimo! Cooldown: 120/70/40 Cost: Gets 4/6/9 seconds to recast. When recasted on the Upbeat, deals decent magic damage and allows for more casts. When cast on the Offbeat, deals decent-high magic damage + decent damage(# of casts on the Upbeat.)
Notes: Tako is designed to be an AP off-tank playable by anyone, but can do really well if played correctly. To maximize Ult damage, the player must have their W on and have precise timing for the most Upbeat casts. Besides his E, his rhythm based kit isn’t very punishing for laggers or noobs. Props to anyone who notices that he’ll probably be able to be played AD as well. My worries are that he would look to much like Gnar and that his model won’t be that fluid. He thrives if built with mix damage and tankiness, but is put down easily by CC. I believe that he can survive jungle, and has good ganking options. His Offbeat E is a bit debatable, but would be great for teamfights. The actual design concept comes from when missing a note in jumps on a piano (liek if u cri evrytim).
