Report Options
The new report options are lacking. There's no choice for when people instalock or steal lanes. It's not really negative attitude, since they don't even need to say anything. It doesn't fit under any of the categories.

The report system will continue to see more updates that will better help cover issues like gameplay toxicity (beyond intentional feeding), and the version you have now will not be the last. As for instalocking/lane stealing specifically, we should be seeing a pretty significant decrease in toxicity due to pre-game shenanigans/disputes with the introduction of the new champion select.
For now Negative Attitude and saying that they instalocked/stole a lane is your best bet to bring them to Riot's attention. Support tickets can help to if need be.
there should be an option for blaming team mates, because overall its all deaths are your own fault, no one clicks ur mouse to attack 2v4 etc
