Riot, have you ever considered making a decent matchmaking system?

I've wondered the last couple of days if you have like, EVER tought of the idea "good matchmaking"? It for sure dosent seem like it. I get this tought when i get people that are in placement games, and they get on my team when i have played almost 1000 games? To me, its a joke. But i will gladly hear if some riot member could tell me WHY the F this is a thing!? I lose so many games because of this, then it sends me on a losing streak, and that losing streak most of the time takes 1-5 DAYS to get over, and then a couple games later i get another one and its all over again, its ridicolous. Having looked over your ranked history this doesn't seem to be the case. Only once in the last month have you had a loss-streak higher than 3 and all of those were on the same day, supposedly right after another, so of course you're losing by that point. You're tilted.

Anyways, how would Riot make that matchmaking? If no one wants to play with those in placements, placements won't really be possible to play. So how'd you propose they make this system?

Yeah only the people between Gold5-Silver3-ish understand this bullshit. Everyone else will just down vote and say new players who hit lvl 30 generally have 1200 elo skill. We all know when someone hits 30 on a new account they are usually total ass and it's an instant loss for the team they get matched with.
