Why are there no other champions like Udyr?

I love Udyr as a champion. He can do everyting well depending on how u want to play.

His kit allows u to go AP/AD/Tank.

The best part of his kit is that he csnt max every ability at 18.

Why sre there any more champions with this idea?

On syndra it would make so much sense especially since her abilities do something different if u max them out.

Plz rito. Make a champ mixing the concept of both
