Arcade Shen?

Heyo, Im a shen main and i was wondering why is shen a champion that hasn't gotten a skin in ages. No joke. its been probably 3-4 years. I was wondering about arcade shen.

His Q would be a pixelated sword that leaves a disappearing trail of pixels. W would have an actually design. What i mean is that all of shen's skins have nothing new about the W circle. Can't be hard to change. Maybe add a different color that relates more to the "Arcade" design. E, Basic dash with pixels fading away behind him i guess. Not much for this one. R, Would love this to be changed. He can turn into pixels and then disappear and form back again on his targeted ally. This move with all of Shen's skins have nothing new. Even with bloodmoon it has nothing, but i can totally see shen actually turning to a soul of sorts like Diana's Ult.

I feel like shen's skins are just all the same. Nothing new from any of his skins. Just his looks and the sword. Thats it. This skin was just a thought since tank meta is being shifted and shen is slightly being changed. Why not change his basic skins?
