Can a Rioter Chat Restrict my account?

Ign: Mamoru Koto ( Before i change it in a day or 2) Lately ive been getting realy toxic. I seriously hate it and want to cool off but everytime i try I would just get toxic again. I would like a Rioter to chat restrict my account for maybe 100 games? Hell make it perm if you want. The less you chat in game the better it is. Honestly. I would seriously appreciate it a lot. I want to become a better player and that aoe means not flaming and saying unnessesary comments. Thanks.

Step 1: get a mouse with multiple buttons

Step 2: set chat to one of those extra buttons

Step 3: use simple mouse with no extra buttons

This won't solve the problem. Sure, you'll stop being toxic but you'll still want to be toxic. Since you haven't reached the point of a 14day ban yet, take this opportunity to improve. Try yelling or punching a wall when you get angry, or set a goal to only use pings for 5 games in a row.

Also, you'll never improve with a mindset of "I can't help being toxic." That's just dumb and isn't true.

Hit them up in a support ticket. You're more likely to get a response there.

Mute everyone in the game from the beginning. A few friends of mine do that and they say it really helped them.

I used to be really toxic but im not anymore I learned that there is just no point didn't use any dumb tricks just stopped once in a while ill be toxic though

I just got perma banned cause my toxicity and people not knowing what a sarcastic joke is. So I would totally do this as a compromise

I would actually like to see an option that lets you disable chat so you can not see any player say anything ever. I know mute all exists but it would be nice to never have remember to use it. If I want to talk to someone most likely we're in discord.

You can change your chat key bind to something really hard to use or remove it once you start game.

Ummm...what? You can't help it? I realize there are ways to enable a person, but you're enabling yourself? I'd suggest finding another game that isn't so stressful for you honestly.
