Teemo rework/total rehaul discussion
Hey everyone who bothered to read this, as the title suggests this is yet another thread with yet another different idea to completely rehual one of leagues outdated champions. Teemo. In the current meta many would agree with me that Teemo has become quite literally one of the meme champs people would pick to troll with because in past seasons before the revamped runes he was a definite counter to juggernauts. However that is not the case as there are plenty of champions who now do teemo a job of map pressure and lane bullying for superior and scale better overall. I propose a new rework the centers around the fact Teemo is suppose to be this solo operative who’s a stone cold killer and maybe a possible lore change as well.
Make Teemo a Juggernaut But seriously I think Teemo has potential to become one of the most interesting champs to play should this change come into actual play Take in mind this is not a final idea just the concept Passive: The specialist Teemo like Kaisa gets altered abilities and champion size based on his stats being ad ap and defensive stats armor mr hp damage paths keep him ranged but defensive makes him melee and gives him the size increase to show the fruits of his “training” Q: Blinding dart starts off initially as the blind we all know but can adapt based on the aforementioned passive AD: becomes a serrated throwing knife slowing and bleeding out targets based on bonus ad scalings AP:Becomes Heavy blind with a longer cooldown but increased duration on targets also causing a Quinn style blind around the target Defensive: Temple smash Teemo strikes in front of him in an AOE dealing damage and stunning one champion that is closest to his model while lowering the damage to champs behind the stunned champion W:Sprint normal move quick AD path: combat roll Teemo gains a short distance combat roll that grants invulnerability while it lasts and can go over small walls holds two charges AP path: Adrenaline rush Teemo gets a speed boost that matches a full duration Hecarim/Rammus charge immediately but has a longer cd to compensate Defensive path: Teemo gains a linear charge that pushes enemy champions out of the way and acts as a mini stun to disable channels E: Standard Teemo poison AD: higher dosage keeps old poison & can be activated and acts as a damage steroid increasing ad and slowing targets move speed and attackspeed AP: Bigger dart becomes a linear skill shot with damage scaling with ap still keeps the basic form of his poison Defensive: CQC Teemo suppresses a single target for 2 seconds dealing damage point and click loses poison effect R:Kumungu “Medicine” Teemo injects himself with a Kumungu concoction that increases base ad ap and hp for 10 seconds this has 3 forms based on the path you’ve built in more of AD: Hunter-Killer Teemo’s attackspeed is increased and his ad bonus from the skill increases AP: Poison expert Teemos Ap bonus increases in addition to lower cooldown on his other abilities Defensive stats: Bad reaction Teemo Gains increased size,hp,mr and armor and increases the damage range and duration of his other abilities Model shouldn’t be a Gnar copy more like a mutation different size limbs and such As for lore Teemo should become a possible ex noxian test subject which would explain his knowledge of how to brew these poisons he employs and as to why he prefers to work alone Lemme know your thoughts on the concept and what might make it better all help is appreciated as I really believe Teemo needs a massive change to his whole kit to be viable and because riot seems to be in rework mode this may be his best chance to see it happen
