This is a WIP and i'm open to suggestions. If you want to contact me concerning this post please E-Mail me: [email protected] If you can please help me with the damage stats and the cool downs thanks.

The idea behind Kellmus is, he should be a AP/DOT (damage over time) mage who's play style is to be able to trick and lure enemies, turn around fights and literally taking control of the enemy Champion.

Passive: Door to limbo When ever Kellmus dies his soul opens a portal to limbo that shoots out magical beams that cast a DOT effect on all enemies in the surrounding area

Abilities:

Q (in human form): Tales of undead (straight-line skillshot)

Kellmus generates two spear like energy beam and can shoot them in any direction dealing damage to all enemies hit. After casting "Tales of death" Kellmus regains some health. The more enemies hit the more health he regains.

Q (in specter form): Soul hunt Kellmus dashes to cursor location gaining a slight movement speed / AP buff and slowing all enemies he passes through

W (in human form): Walker Unleashed Kellmus dashes to target location becomes untargetable and transforms himself into his specter form witch will effect most of his abilities. After dashing Kellmus pulls in the enemy monsters and champions at target location stunning, dealing magic damage and creating a DOT effect on all units hit. The damage of this effect will become stronger if multiple enemies are hit

W (in specter form): Limbo surpressed After a brief channel Kellmus pushes his specter form from him knocking back all surrounding enemy champions and minions silencing and slowing them and gaining a temporary speed boost

E (in human from): Will of the forgotten Upon killing or assisting in a kill Kellmus gains a stack of souls that are stuck in limbo. When hitting three stacks Unpassing soul passively grants bonus AP and magic resist

E (in specter form): Unpassing soul(auto) Upon killing or assisting in a kill Kellmus gains a stack of souls that are stuck in limbo. When hitting three stacks he can summon a soul hound onto a champion causing it to attack him. If the soul hound doesn't die for the next 25 seconds it gets reverted back into one soul stack

R (can only be cast in specter form):Possesion Kellmus dashes to enemy champion slowing them and taking control of their movement whilst dealing magic damage. If the champion dies he can recast Possesion on a new champion to repeat his attack If the unit doesn't die at the end of the cast both players are stunned and and kellmus transforms back into his human form. While possessing Kellmus becomes untargetable by enemies and towers (This will also put his w on cool down)

Lore:

Back when Demacia was being build and Piltover just invented a lightbulb, a boy called Colin lived with his parents Kally and Maximus, two of the first magic teachers in Ionia. Colin unlike his parents didn't show any type of magical powers and no one knew why, but for his parents Colin was more then precious to them. One day Maximus went out on a hunting trip. He quickly returned with a somewhat shocked look but a feeling of happiness saying he had found footprints of an animal not yet seen. Quickly Kelly started to drag Colin outside and ran after her husband. Following the prints led them to a small cave. Maximus went to check... seconds later a terrible scream for help emitted from the cave. Maximus ran out and said there was a cursed beast with a withering effect on one side of his body. The beast starts storming out of its cave. It looked like some kind of bear like creature magically withering away slowly. Colin and his parents try too flee but not befor the creature scratched the unprotected Colin and transferring the curse on to him. Although they managed too escape Colin suddenly collapsing in front of them. Seeing what has happened to their son Kally and Maximus instantly knew what to do. They both sat down in front of their slowly dying son channeling their own souls and transferring them into Colin thus sacrificing their lives for him. Yet... The withering effect did not stop but has only been slowed and started infecting his parents souls instead of him, giving him the magical powers of his parents but infected with the curse making him almost undead with the power to control powers of souls and the skills of the fallen. Waking up and at first not knowing what has happened to him or his parents he sees the scar from the scratch and his parents lifeless bodies, he started heading back to the beast that had done this to him and with one hand movement he created a spear like beam made of souls thrusting it to towards the creature ripping its soul out. With a relieved sigh he felt sadness and despair, but not for long. The soul he ripped out of the creature had opened a portal. Colin dragged in by the portal, he woke up in a world where there was nothing and everything. It was a world where life and death met and creating a world of noexistence. Colin with his new powers realising this he sat forth to find a way home. After years Colin forgetting his name and his past only knowing what his parents did for him he finds a new portal to Valoran. The portal brings him to today's Shadow Isle. Realising that he had not aged and that some much time had passed he ended up at the institute of war trying to find a way to set his parents souls free from him so they can rest in peace. When they asked for his name he told them a name to honor his parents... Kellmus

"I don't die, i just... rest " --Kellmus

Sounds like Kalista/Karthus blend.... Kalista+Karthus=Kellmus??? LOL

OK: first of all kellmus' R is too overpowered. A dash and takes control of their movement?? How do you counter that?? I also have some questions about his E. When do the stacks cap?? What do you mean when "a champion causing it to attack him"? Do you mean a taunt?? Overall we have a character that has 2 forms, a knock up, 3 DASHES and an AoE passive That is too overpowered and there's is too much CC If you would tweak your champion , give statistics (ap ratios, damage per hit, base health...etc) and make him more balanced, then I would discuss this more with you, but overall great concept. :)
