Ranked Team Builder

So i know i'm not the first to think of this but... Ranked team builder would be a good idea for these reasons:

1. No/less toxicity
2. Everyone should know how to play their role
3. Less in game and champselect fighting

Here's how's it works Like normal Team builder you either look for a team or make the team. You can choose what lane you want and search for the rest then enter queue and go into the Ranked draft there you ban and pick your champions like normal. So for me as a low ELO player i know how stupid it is if you know how to play a lot to all roles and still have to watch others fighting over one lane and then lose 'cause they don't know how to jungle.

But that's my opinion i'm open to any suggestions.
