Can someone @Riot give a non "Bill Belichick" response about Dragon Master Swain?

I feel like any question about DMS is either ignored completely or given a "press conference" answer.

For those who don't follow sports, Bill Belichick is the coach of the New England Patriots and his press conferences are known for being full of useless information. He discusses nothing of value in his conferences. He often simply avoids the questions that are asked. When he does answer questions avoids, he answers them with complete ambiguity.

You could say: "Hey Coach, Tom Brady just said you were a complete and total d-bag. What are your thoughts on that?"

He responds with: "Well, we're just focused on the Cleveland Browns next week. We need to be properly prepared for them because they are a good football team."

You then say: "But Coach, you have nothing to say about Tom Brady calling you a d-bag?"

He then says: "I don't know anything about that, you would have to ask him".

First off, no one needs to prepare for the Browns. Secondly, Spoiler Alert asking Tom Brady gets you nothing

This is how I feel Riot has been responding to DMS (among other things as well). Let me give some examples of Riot answers with a "press conference" equivalent attached to them.

Say nothing about it ("Next question") Respond with a "soon/someday" ("These things take time and effort. We want just want to be fully prepared"). We've been working very hard on some upcoming skins/reworks/balance changes lately: ("We're just focused on the Cleveland Browns next week") We have put out a lot awesome skins lately ("We played hard this week and the players deserve credit for that") I'm not at liberty to give any answers at this time. ("You will have to ask the commissioner or league office about that").
I'm not on the skins team, so I don't know. (I don't know anything about that, you will have to ask him about it).
We were trying to get the skin out this year but we didn't get to. ("We need to focus and prepare better next time".

I'm sure I can think of some more, but I'm at work and writing this between meeting with my clients. By all means, if the boards can come up with some that I am missing, please do!

-Does Riot realize that there are people out there who have bought Swain in hopes for this skin? -Does Riot realize that there are people who have RP saved up for this skin? -Does Riot realize that this skin is beyond epic and begged for by the community?
-Does Riot realize that they would make a ridiculous amount of money from this skin? -Does Riot realize that the discussion of DMG has become a joke and people are pretty much expecting it to NEVER be made?

I have seriously given up hope on this skin. I have been waiting and waiting for YEARS (literally) for this skin to be released. I was hoping for some epic post and video from Riot (similar to Pulsefire Ezreal). Unfortunately, I have accepted based on Riot's responses over the years, that they really don't care and there is no drive to create this skin.

I truly want to believe otherwise. The reality, why should I believe otherwise? What POSSIBLE reason could Riot have for NOT creating this skin? What possible reason could Riot have for not even ATTEMPTING to make it? I even TRY to think of reasons......unfortunately......

-It can't be a cultural thing (like Grave's cigar) because they have released other dragon themed skins.
-It can't be because of immaturity/perversion (like "Teen Annie") because yes, DMG would be "sexy" but not in that way.
-It can't be because he's currently on their posted list of reworks/updates (like Yorrick for example). If he is on their list of reworks/updates, why has he been on that "rework/update" for over 4 years!?
-It can't be because of the complexity of his kit/rig (they made Spirit Guard Udyr who is essentially 5 champions in one kit/rig).
-It can't be because he has a "toxic kit" lacking counter play (I haven't heard Riot ever state that before).

Riot, my wife and I recently had a baby. Right now, she sleeps a lot, so I am able to still get some games in. The reality is that pretty soon here I will need to place more time and focus on her and will probably be taking a break from League for a bit. I have almost 6000 games played! I enjoy this game so much! It will be a sad day (at the same time, very fulfilling) when I need to stop playing.

I would like to OWN Dragon Master Swain and play at least 1 game with it before that day comes

tl:dr Can I please get SOME answer or response on DMS? Not a "press conference" answer but something of QUALITY with real information. Please!
