Am I the only one that thinks stuff like this?
I have a feeling that a batman-based skin design for champions would be nice... like.. Jinx as Harley Quinn, Shaco as Joker and Talon as Batman.. idk, Jinx for sure needs a new skin at least lol.

Nope seen all of these on the old forums
Riot cannot legally make a skin that heavily resembles any characters from either DC Comics or Marvel Comics. They however can draw influence from them in their champion designs, such as Jinx was heavily influenced by Harley Quin from Batman.
