Items Show On The Character Model

I thought it would be a cool idea to add a few items to a certain character's model. Obviously We can't see a Thornmail on top of an Omen, but maybe Lux's staff gets replaced with a Void Staff when she throws out her shield if she has the item? Or Veigar's hat changes to the Rabadon's Deathcap when he buys it. Things like that. Not too many of items, just one or two here and there.
