Program/Virus Nocturne

Just thought with the upcoming release of Program Camille that Nocturne as some sort of virus or antivirus would be pretty cool. In lore I imagine him to be some kind of hunter-killer employed to take down those who defect from Program, e.g. Project. He could leave a trail of pixels, have databit-like particles and blades, and for his ult there could be a static effect or EMP pulse.
