Sondin, the Sound's Secrets

Lore: Sondin was born into an Ionian family, and her sense of hearing was extraordinary. In fact, she could produce all kinds of sounds, which slightly terrified her parents. But they saw it as a gift, and embraced it. Soon they discovered that she could manipulate sound to lift objects, hear from miles away, and even change what you hear.

     Although Sondin is very famous for her abilities, most do not trust her because of one thing: she heard the murder of an Ionian master during a Noxus invasion. For it is believed that a man named Yasuo, someone who she was friends with throughout childhood, was the killer of his own master. There were traces of the use of wind technique, and Yasuo was the only one in their generation that knew a wind technique. He had turned himself in not knowing he was accused, and he had fled. It was believed that Yasuo was the killer. But Sondin knows better.

     Sondin had heard what the wind sounded like when Yasuo did his wind technique, and it was a different sound on the day of the murder. Sondin had a feeling that it wasn't even the true intention of anyone, but that it was more the result of raw power. She tried to convince the Ionians that Yasuo was not the killer, and they did not believe her. She went to extreme lengths to persuade them, and eventually she ended up locked up. 

     But Sondin could not sit in a chamber, locked up, while her friend fled from Ionia for a crime he did not commit. Using her ability, she broke the chains and sought her friend. She later became a criminal accomplice, and her execution was sought after as well. 

     When she reached Yasuo, he almost killed her. But she calmed him down, reassuring him that she was also an innocent victim and wanted to help him. 

    Sondin's existence was unknown until now.

Abilities:

Passive: Frequency: Sondin has frequency on her abilities. High Frequency is gained whenever she has more % HP than % mana. Low Frequency is gained when she has less % HP than % mana. Different frequencies augment her abilities in different ways.

Q: Sound Wave: Sondin shoots a wave of sound in a direction, knocking back all enemies and dealing 80/120/160/200/240 + 40% AP magic damage. High Frequency: Enemies' ears begin to ache, stunning them for 0.75/0.75/1/1/1.5 seconds as their ears return to normal. Low Frequency: Enemies experience such a low frequency that they feel a little odd, slowing them by 25/30/35/40/45% for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 12/11/10/10/9 seconds. Mana cost: 35/45/55/60/70 mana.

W: Levitation: Sondin uses sound to levitate an object, lifting a minion, or mini turret (like J.I.B.S or Heimer turrets), shrooms, etc. Can be moved to an area. You can also lift allies, but they control their movement. Whenever they arrive at an area, they deal 60/90/120/150/180+ 30% AP magic damage. High Frequency: When the target arrives, there is a piercing shriek, revealing enemies within a radius. Low Frequency: When the target arrives, there is a very deep sound, rooting enemies hit for 1 second.

E: Tune Trick: Sondin makes an odd sound, having an effect solely based on your passive. High Frequency: Enemies nearby hear an odd, high pitched sound, fearing them as they run away with their ears covered. They take 70/90/110/130/150+ 25% AP magic damage. Low Frequency:Enemies nearby hear an odd, low pitched sound, taunting them for 1 second and dealing 70/90/110/130/150 + 25% AP magic damage to them.

R: Supersonic Speed: Sondin gains doubled movement speed for 6 seconds. High Frequency: For the six seconds, all abilities become Supersonic High Frequency, costing 60 mana, and deals 120/240/360 + 60% AP magic damage as well as fearing them. (Acts like Sion's death surge, which can be activated with any ability key but makes all of them go on cooldown) Low Frequency: For the six seconds, all abilities become Supersonic Low Frequency, costing 80 mana, dealing 100/200/300 + 30% AP magic damage as well as stunning the target for 1/2/3 seconds. After Supersonic High Frequency or Supersonic Low Frequency are cast, all abilities revert back to normal, but movement speed boost continues.
