[Champion Concept] Mari, The Living Doll
I'm pretty sure I'm NEVER going to finish her so I'll post her for now. I know she'll never be real but who CARES? I also don't have any art for her but she's supposed to be like gothic lolita, ball jointed porcelain doll. I don't really know how to do skills so if you wanna give input, feel free.

In the desolate Voodoo Lands, a child was born to a pair of Noxian outcasts. This child, named Mari, was sickly from the minute she entered the world. To keep her alive, her parents performed ghastly magical experiments on her. Despite this, Mari was never seen without a smile on her face.
By the time her parents realized what they had done, it was too late; their daughter had been transformed into something inhuman. Her eyes were hollow, and her once radiant smile became a manic grin. That smile didn't leave, even as she took her parents' lives.
As if spurred by her own fragile life force, Mari was captivated by all living creatures. She was especially interested in how much a being could take before it succumbed to death. The creatures around her became her own personal living dolls, to pull apart and sew back together again and again. Bored of tearing apart the same thing, Mari set out to see the world and what it had to offer her.
As Mari travelled, she left chaos in her wake. To keep the denizens of Valoran safe, the Council of Equity approached Mari with an offer she couldn't refuse. Now, instead of traversing the continent looking for toys, Mari uses the Fields of Justice to experiment with her fellow champions.
Her weapon is a needle and thread. Her skills should represent things you usually do with needle and thread.
PASSIVE - : Health regen??? Q - : W - "Sewn Up": Mari uses her needle and thread to sew back together an injured ally. E - "All Tied Up": Mari roots an enemy champion and inflicts slow. R - "Pulling Your Strings": Possibly something similar to Ahri's charm? Another idea, she uses a dead champion's body as a puppet.
PROS:
- Awesome crowd control
- Can heal
- Gets those pesky champions who try to flee
CONS:
- Mana hungry
- Squishy
- Not a lot of AoE
- Makes children cry (pro if ya nasty)
