I was thinkin' about Viktor, and how he doesn't have enough skins. I was sitting and thinking "Hmm, what theme do we have would fit?". And then it hit me: ARCADE. The death ray can be rainbow-y, bright silver metallic mask and stuff, a purple coat maybe? I can't draw worth crap, although I wish I could. I though of a more arcade Hecarim look, slick and metallic, but still some color because, you know, arcade.
