Champion Idea - Whip Master

**Champion Concept ** Passive: Every third consecutive attack on an enemy champion causes the champion to suffer one of the following: **Trip: Rooted for 1 second Disarm: Attack speed reduced by 30% for 1 second Choke: Silenced for 1 second ** After being affected by any of the above abilities a champion is immune to this passive for 2 seconds. Q: When activated the whip wreathes in energy, the next time a basic attack hits an enemy minion or champion the whip coils around them and snaps off at the hilt. The enemy is stunned for 2 seconds. Using this attack causes a brief delay in basic attacking as the whip resets.

W: The character swings their whip, finding purchase on terrain and allowing them to pull themselves over ledges or drag themselves to a wall, tower, nexus, or inhibitor. Can also be used to pull towards wards. Cannot target champions or minion.

E: The champion's basic attacks become savage for a brief period and cause bleeding wounds on the target. Champions hit by basic attacks bleed for additonal damage.

R: The champion whirls the weapon around them in a large area, dealing basic attack damage to all enemies within the area. The effect lasts 5 seconds, each attack has a 50% chance to apply a passive debuff to each enemy in the area. (thinking about the range of Ekko's W?)

Insights: I think the goal would be a basic attack that hits like velkoz's basic attack but at a little shorter range, melee+ as it were. I am not normally into balancing, so there is a good chance that the 'kit' I came up with is OP, or not viable, but it was an interesting concept for me. I am hoping others will like it and maybe RIOT themselves will notice and take an interest. I personally think a kind of Indiana Jones type girl champion would be awesome, maybe from Piltover?

When creating the abilities I thought about how whips work in RPG's. Tripping and choking are high on the list, lasso's (whip?) are also used to wrap people up around the arms in some movies and games. I think the abilities capture this without being either too OP or useless.

As you can see I don't have stats for any of the abilities (AP or AD bonues ect) because I don't know what is fair.
