passive Marusama crimson power - Hiru gains crimson power by taking damage and auto attacking as Hiru gains crimson power he takes up to fifteen percent reduced damage Hiru's spells take away from his crimson power before dealing damage to his hp. conversion rate of 1 crimson power to four hp
Q-crimson strikes cost 25 crimson power or 100 hp 10 second cool down Hiru swings three times in a cone each successful hit increases the amount of damage and healing hiru for 4 8 16% of his maximum hp each time he hits a champion or large monster he gains 10 20 30 hp per minion or small monster. this ability slows any unit struck for 25%
W-crimson barrier crimson power 50 uncastible without crimson power 20 second cool down 14 second lifetime
Hiru channels all of his crimson power into a shield shielding him for 5 hp per crimson power consumed the shield reduces the attack speed of anyone who auto attacks Hiru while active
E cursed blade 50 crimson power 200 hp 15 second cooldown 10 second lifetime passive-Hiru's blade hungers for blood dealing damage sates the blade however if Hiru dose not deal damage o anything within five seconds of first entering combat he takes 1% of his maximum hp as damage dealing damage heals Hiru for the amount of health lost this way. active Hiru draws Marusama his next three auto attacks deal damage equal to ten percent of Hiru's maximum hp as damage if this ability fails however Hiru loses 10% of his maximum hp. during this ability Hiru cant use any other abilitys but gains 50% tenacity
R- ultimate Banzai 100 crimson power 400 hp 2 minute cool down passive Bushido-Rectitude upon striking an enemy champion with crimson strike q or auto attacking them Hiru marks them hiru deals increased damage to that target and auto attacks slow them this cannot re-targeted for ten seconds to another target champion the death of the marked champion will automatically reset the cool down and allow him to mark another enemy champion. active Hiru dashes over to target enemy champion damaging them if there is another enemy champion nearby Hiru can dash over to them each dash deals increasing damage from 100 150 200 250 300 damage at max level.

lore Hiru was a simple warrior seeking enlightenment in the samurai code of Bushido during the Noxian invasion of Ionia he fought bravely but was cornered in an ancient temple outnumbered and outgunned Hiru prepared to make a final stand inside of the temple. for three days and nights Hiru held off the Noxians but eventually he was forced into a chamber inside of the chamber he found red Samurai armor and a mysterious crimson blade the sword entranced Hiru calling to him he grabbed the blade by its hilt and felt a thrill of power run up his spine twenty noxian soldiers entered the chamber only Hiru left . now Hiru wanders the land guarding his crimson sword from those who would abuse its power and slaying those who defile the code of Bushido or those stupid enough to get in his way.
the dirt crunches beneath my feet as i walk the sound of the birds fill my ears the beautiful music lifts my heart
kill them Marusama says
"no we cannot do that" I reply
i continue on my way on the dirt path walking towards me i see a man in blue 
I look closer "i recognize that face" i whisper "Yasuo"
"Can we kill him?" asks Marusama.
"yes" we are only five meters apart now "YASUO" i shout
He looks up from the dirt grim resignation crosses his face.
"great who are they going to send next" he says in a mild tone.
"there wont be a next" we each step off the road and draw our blades we face each other and bow
"arnt you going to use me?" asks Marusama
"no" i will need only my full focus for this one
we dash at each other and our blades meet in a clash of sparks and steel
"why did you do it Yasuo"
our blades met once again he was fast very fast but so was I.
"i didn't do anything" with each word is punctuated by another blow.
"who else could it have been" i flick out three blows he blocks the first two easily but he has to dodge the third . he comes at me with a swing of his blade aiming at my neck then one at my leg and another aimed at my chest i block the first and the second but the third i have to sidestep
"im trying to find out" he snaps
he swings with his blade as hard as he can this fight was a lot harder than i anticipated.
"are you going to use me?"
"yes"
i drop my normal sword as soon as my hand reaches Marusama's hilt the blade leaps into my hands and i swing downwards slamin his blade into the ground his surprise is evident.
"who are you anyways?" he asks
"I am known as Hiru" he takes an involuntary step back.
"the cursed swordsman? the crimson blade? that is who you claim to be?"
"i do not claim to be him" Marusama is a wheel of light slamming into his blade over and over forcing him backwards arks of red follow Marusama as I swing forcing him backwards he trips on a rock and falls on his back "i am him" i say pointing my blade at his neck
"lets kill him" Marusama whispers
instead i sheathe the blade and offer the wanderer a hand.
"I believe you wanderer every blow you made was full of conviction every word felt truthful"
he looks stunned it was probably surprising to have someone like me spare him. i turned around and collected my other sword and sheathe it.
"good luck Yasuo you will need it."
i turn my back on him and begin to go back down the beaten path.
"are you sure we shouldn't kill him?" Marusama asks.
i simply smile and continue down my path the shadow temple is close and i will not stray from this path.
and that is my concept for Hiru the crimson blade please leave a comment on what you like and what you don't like mind you if you are going to do this riot you will need to change the name the original idea i got from those old myths about the Japanese swordsmith Muramasa and his cursed blades so i made that into a champion also tell me if you want me to put out another champion idea i have a boatload so just say the word
