hey so i decided to do another champion concept i mean eventually one of them will catch riots eye right ? so without further adieu i present Kiel the rouge spirit

passive phantom blades Kiel's auto attacks ignore armor but deal 25% less damage

Q spectral strike Kiel swings his blade in a circle before bringing it down on a target location both swings dealing damage.

W ghostly chill passive slows all enemy champions within 500 units of Kiel active slows attack speed and move speed of all enemy champions within 500 units by 25%

E intangible Kiel can pass through walls units and champions for five seconds

R spectral power Kiel summons a physical body to fight granting him a second health bar that depletes before Kiel's health would additionally Kiel gains bonus ad armor and magic reset.

lore its still a bit spotty but i'm giving it my best shot so lets dive right in.

Kiel was once a human soldier embroiled in the conflict between and every other living thing in the end when humanity triumphed Kiel earned great fame and renown and was granted an extended life by the youthful and joyous mage millennia ago ages passed and being a soldier he joined the army of the man who came to be known as the ruined king. and was there on the isles of the blessed when it fell to shadows he alone ran to assist and opposed who cut him down right before he bled out the fateful ritual that turned into what he is and twisted the blessed isles into the shadow isles twisting him as well into a pale shadow of what he was a shadow of a man now he still stands firm showing that like even the dead are willing to fight for the light.
