Katarina's E after Rework

So, after I watched the spotlight after rework I observed that her E was turned into a dash instead of remaining a blink( like it was until now ) so my question is: in some situations like, for example, being trapped inside of Veigar's E: as normal til now, Shunpo was perfect to get outside the circle, now if you dash through it you will be stuck? So, no escape for kata in this situation beside Flash? Pls explain me thanks:)
