I've already read the Patch 8.11 Early Look and i have an idea for a new defensive item.

Vaseline ~~Pants~~ Cloak +350 Health +55 Armor +10% Cooldown Redution

Unique Passive: Grants the user the "It doesn't hurt so much" effect.

It doesn't hurt so much": If you are out of combat the next 3 auto attacks you receive will have its damage reduced by 15%.

Keep it pants. We clearly need pants. We have vests, boots, cloaks helmets, gloves and all kinds of weapons but no pants.
