Jinx and 8.10
What you think about Jinx with all those adc changes that will come? She will be better, worse or the same?
Can someone help me figure that out?

She'll be a lot worse, her trash laning is being nerfed and all of the champs that shit on her/dont build crit are recieveing massive buffs.
Jinx will be completely unviable, sadly.
Early game she will still be somewhat similar since you would rush the similar build at the start: 
When the time comes to finalize the 2 items that's where the difference will be. In my opinion Essense Reaver and Razorblade will be bad on jinx, unless you would go for the poke build 
+ Razorblade.

Idk how jinx Q damage amp work but i fell that her 1v1 damage it's too low even vs ashe (full build) ( (random zeal upgrade ) that give both 100% crit (210% or 220% on rocket form that has less atk speed while ashe passive deal always 210% (after the first shot obviusly) and her minigun form it's not good on lategame)).
Jinx has no way to use Essence reaver or stormrazor poke so her early game it weak and it's late game it's a weak side of ashe late game.
Totally in the weak side.
Hopefully they buff her rocket atk speed.
It really depends on if 
's E gets capped at 50%
