Skin line idea - Party Boyz Jax, Draven & Rakan (possible counterparts to Brolaf)

[975/1350 Skin Ideation] Party Boyz! – A set of three skins, this time with Jax, Rakan & Draven as party animals. They could be newer complements to the Brolaf skin or stand alone as a unique set. Their themes would be dominated by bright & colorful flashing lights, rave-style SFX/VFX & college boy VO’s (like Brolaf). Their clothing would consist of things like Ed Hardy style shirts and jackets, sideways hats & flat caps, stereotypical sunglasses like aviators & sports style, as well as glowsticks & other rave-themed items. They each have a new “raving” dance animation complete with lasers & lights that sync up when in each other's vicinity, so that they're all dancing at the same party. Could have additional special interactions with DJ Sona and/or Project Ashe's/Vayne dance animations, allowing them to sync up & dance together. Ever since Rakan came out he has desperately needed a skin with Draven to showcase their arrogance.

1. Jax – His lantern has a color-changing glow instead of a consistent yellow one, and when he activates Empower it flashes like a strobe light. His circle mark on enemies could be different colors on each concentric circle, giving a rainbow type effect.

2. Rakan – He flashes many colors when he uses his ult, and throws out a fractal form of his feather for Q that looks like a laser light show is shining it on the ground. His E shield pulses like an equalizer as though music is playing. He could be wearing a sideways turned flat rimmed baseball cap & those loose male harem pants.

3. Draven – He has glowsticks that spin instead of his axes for all abilities, nuff said.
