Ultimate Skin Idea - Shapeshifter Lulu

[3250 Skin Ideation] Shapeshifter Lulu! – a combination of the last 2 Ultimate skin concepts (with a dash of Kayn thrown in), this would feature a “Base” skin that swaps out individual elements of Lulu for new ones to match how she is building. It would always load in as the Base skin but would draw from Runes, Masteries, Items & Ability Level-Up Sequence to change the corresponding elements on her model.

For instance, if she is playing top AD, her staff & auto attacks would change to be more aggressive looking and attention-catching as she levels up. The same would be applied to Support Lulu, but instead Pix would change along with the Help Pix! ability while her staff and auto attack remain the same as base. Continuing this trend, AP mid Lulu could have changes to her hat and Glitterlance or Whimsy over time that make her look more flowing & ethereal, showcasing her choices.

Lastly, Tank Lulu might change her Ultimate ability & dress to be a bit larger & more menacing. The best asset of this concept is also its biggest problem—it’s extremely customizable. A full AD Lulu would have extreme changes to auto-attack & Q, but a Support Lulu who needs an AD item mid game would have most of the full Support Lulu changes along with some of the full AD Lulu changes.

Transformations become allowed when certain requirements are filled like building several support items along with Heal/Shield masteries. Progression is shown in a unique UI loading bar like E. Lux’s, except that when it becomes full it simply changes color and the transformation can be proc’d using (CTRL + 5) like DJ Sona.

This skin is completely unique to Lulu since she is versatile enough to be played in any of these 4 roles, most champions would be wasted on such a skin. Also, it would serve as an attempt to steer clear of simply adding more forms onto Ultimate skins each iteration.
