Gengi The Mad.
So basically, this is a melee champion that uses a 2 handed melee weapon. He has a pretty slow attack speed and most of his damage is based on his abilities. (AD abilities.)
Passive : Madness Each time Gengi gets hit by an enemy champion, he builds up his madness. Once his Madness reached X points, he gains X% damage increased, reducing as his madness goes down.
Q ; --His weapon name-- Smash (For example ; Club Smash) Gengi launch himself at X units (Like Zac Elastic Slingshot, but way smaller), breaking the ground, dealing X(+%AD) Damage and slowing all enemies in his radius and stunning enemies in the center of his landing. (A bit like Leona's ult)
W ; Two-Handed Master Passive : Every 3 attacks, Gengi swings his Club in an arc with power damaging all enemies in front of him. Active : Gengi swings his Club all around him, dealing X(+%AD) damage to all enemies near him. After this effect, Gengi is exhausted for X seconds, reducing his attack speed by X%.
E ; You Ain't Runnin! Gengi's movement speed is increased by X amount for X seconds, while this is active, his damage are reduced by X%, but the first enemy he hits while it's active get slowed by X%.
R ; The King Gengi proclaims himself The King, giving himself and his allies Determination Buff (X% less effective on allies)
Determination Buff : Healing Regeneration, Armor and Magic Resist.
If you have any idea of what to change, what you feel about this or whatever, let me know. I just thought if this while I couldn't sleep. I think he could be used as a Utility Top Laner or a Utility Melee Support.
