Champion Select bug

So this morning I woke up tried to play a ranked, everything was laggy as hell, I couldn't even go in the lobby, when I was able to, I couldn't choose my positions, but after 10 mins of trying, I was finally able to play a game, so, I played my game, lost it. I was back at 78 LP. So I did another game, in the lobby, I was able to take my first role, but the second role was saying ''Not able to choose role, etcetc'' (something like that), but I was still able to start looking for a game, so I did. In champ select, I couldn't choose my champion even though I clicked 100 times on it, leading to a dodge / Losing 3 LP. (Which isn't my fault.), well, this is where it's annoying.

When I lost my 3 LP, I was back at 75 LP, so I played another game, I won it... but I won 22 LP. So I'm standing here, with my 97 LP when I was supposed to hit my series.

Possible to fix the bug where sometimes you can't choose your champ/lock-in ? Possible to fix servers or something ?
