New Vi Skin Thoughts

Not sure if any riot designers will notice this, but the new Demon Vi skin that already looks amazing could have her ult modified to be similar to have global demonic laughter while she is mid ult it seems like a theme that would fit her skin perfectly considering her new voice, etc. Thoughts?
