Jester uses puppet parts as his resource to cast his abilities. This goes up to 100: He gains 25 puppet parts every 5 seconds. Upon falling below 35% HP he uses all his puppet parts to throw up a shield. The more puppet parts he consumes the stronger the shield.

1 Puppet part gives 10 shield points.

Q: Puppet of Attack/Poison Needles:

Jester summons a puppet that specializes in offense. The puppet fights for Jester until death. It also does initial damage physical damage when summoned. Jester can reactivate the ability for the puppet to shoot poison covered needles in an area in front of him dealing AoE physical damage. If an enemy is hit, they are poisoned dealing magic damage and is slowed. The puppet is able to reactivate the ability more than once to shoot more needles if its still alive.

Puppet Health: 150/200/250/300/350. Puppet basic attack damage: 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% of your total AD. Needle damage: 25/50/75/100/125. Ratio: 0.3 of total AD/0.5 of AP. Poison Damage: 15/30/45/60/75. Initial damage: 50/75/100/125/150. Initial damage ratio: 0.35 of total AD/0.4 of AP. Cost: 20 Puppet Parts.

W: Puppet of Defense/Protective Wall:

Jester summons a puppet that specializes in defense. Once summoned he protects Jester until death. Jester can activate this ability again to make the puppet protect any ally he chooses.

Puppet Health: 100/175/250/325/400. Puppet Armor and Magic resist: 15/25/35/45/55. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11. Ratio for puppet health: 0.25 of bonus AD. Cost: 30 puppet parts. Range: Next to him.

E: Puppet of Healing/Healer:

Jester summons a puppet that specializes in utility. It gives its life to Jester when he loses health. This continues until the puppet has no more health. Jester can activate this again for the puppet to heal an ally he targets. The puppet will always spawn behind you and stays there. The healing increases with the amount of AP you have.

Puppet Health: 100/150/200/250/300. Healing: Gives his health to heal. Healing Ratio: 1% additional healing per 75 AP. Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14. Armor and Magic resist: 10 at all ranks. Cost: 50 puppet parts. Range: Behind him.

R:Mind Control:

Jester controls an enemy champion and brings him to his team. However Jester will be unable to do anything during this time but if he has puppets out in the field they will protect him. You then have full control of the champion you controlled including the abilities. If the enemy champions ally kills him no gold will be rewarded. If Jester commands his champion to go outside of cast range the cast will be over. Also mind controlling at rank 1 and 2 will have reduced stats on the enemy meaning the enemy you control wont have his full power. Jester also takes additional damage during the duration. The enemy is also invulnerable after surviving the cast and is immune to crowd control.

Duration: 7/11/15. Stats on enemy when controlled: 60/80/100%. Damage taken to Jester: 20% additional damage. Cooldown: 200/180/160. Invulnerability duration/immune to CC: 3 seconds. No Cost. Range 1500.

I do like the puppet parts mechanic. The shield seems a bit strong though, but I like champions with unique resources. His Q is pretty cool, but the poison damage is way too strong in my opinion. I would make it cause only .3 AP. Don't worry, the Liandry's torment would still be amazing, if the the puppets apply on hit effects...do they? His W is perfect, I absolutely love it. His E is pretty neat as well, the only change I would make is to extend the cooldown a bit. I'd say 20/19/18/17/16/15 seconds. Maybe more, I'm thinking build cooldown reduction to its 45% cap, and you're healing 500+ health every 6 seconds at full rank. His ult is a bit confusing, but I see where you're going with it. My questions are: does the enemy champion just basic attack nearby allies, or does Jester have direct control over them, abilities and all, and is their any way for the enemy team to know Jester is controlling someone, more specifically, does the player controlling said champion have any indication? Overall, a great concept though. I would love to see what you can do with his lore. Oh, the fun you could have with this lore. Also, I may be going crazy, but I think I've seen this concept on the old board, am I right? I hope I helped, I would buy Jester if Riot released him. If you have the time, I would like you to look one of my concepts...I think you would like Vergil the most. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/pWN2rzp2-champion-concept-vergil-the-fox-hunter

I like the champ concept but he sounds very much like Yorick, other than his passive. His ult might be a little too strong as he could simply use it as a better skarner ult to pull enemies under towers and such.
