Thunderlord Karthus

This skin concept has been around for a few years, but I've only seen a few people talk about it. So I thought I'd bring it back considering people bring Kandy Kayn up every few minutes. I clearly didn't come up with the idea, but I'm too lazy to search for whomstever it was.

Thunderlord Karthus:

Auto-attack lightning bolts

Passive: Upon death, Karthus turns into a lightning spirit.

Q: Blast of electricity.

W: Dark clouds with lightning that slows enemies whomst pass thru it.

E: A THICC dark cloud around Karthus with lightning that shocks people in its range.

R: Bringing the thunder. Karthus calls down a THICC bolt of lightning to strike all enemies on the map.

Rito needs to make this. It's been like, almost over a year since that Lightbane skin.
