Passive - Retribution Rorvac will steal bonus damage from the first dps enemy champion hits him. last for 10 seconds. 10 at level 1 then 20/30/40

Ability 1 - Shadow Strike Rorvac dashes to his opponent and pokes his enemy target with his sword. Leaves a path of shadow that himself, and other champions of shadow, such as Nocturne or Hecarim, may use to gain a temporary defense bonus Health Cost - 20/40/80/120/150 Cooldown - 9/8/7/6 Damage - 50/70/90/120 Damage Scaling - 1

Ability 2 - Revel Rorvac revels in the heat of battle and lust for it. Sheds half of his armor in return to gain half of all damage in 4 seconds as healing over time. healing occurs per attack and not as a whole at end of ability. Does not trigger on spell damage. additionally, the more armor removed, the faster he attacks. Health Cost - 30/40/50/60 Attack Speed Increase - 10/15/20/25/30

Ability 3 - Infusion Rorvac enjoys battle, but is honorable. whenever he defeats an enemy champion, he gains a percentage of their defenses that they offer for as a reward for an honorable victory to him as his own for 10 seconds Passive Stat Steal - 5/10/15/20/25

Ability 4 - Retribution When brought down to 30% health, Rorvac's ult becomes available. He will dash to his opponent and strike with his shield, stunning them for 1.5 seconds. He will strike immediately after with his sword and reduce armor of target. A third strike will deal the rest of the damage as a solid thrust. Damage is split up between the three strikes. Health Cost - 100/150/200 Cooldown - 120/100/80 Damage Split - 1/5 to shield, 1/5 to first strike, 3/5 to final strike Damage - 150/200/250 Damage Scaling - .5

Criticism is welcomed. trying make a good champion to make melee think twice about attacking him. while also introducing new mechanics a little.
