Current Annie Skins Rework/Update

I play Annie a lot in ranked and in normal, and i have always wondered why the "Annie in Wonderland", "Franken Tibbers Annie", and the upcoming "Sweetheart Annie" skins all lack particle color diversion. There has been a lot of discussion and I would say a little bit of outrage over the new skin not having different colored particles. So far under the new skin rules (stated link here) show that skins 975 RP and above are qualified to have new animations. I would love to see this happen with the old skins aswell on Annie, especially since most of her skins do qualify for animation(particle color) updates. Im curious to see if anyone else would like to see Annie's fire a different color and on the wonderland(maybe yellow/white), fraken(maybe green), and sweetheart Annie skins(maybe pink).
