Avion, The Dead Eye'd Overwatch

Stats: Attack - 100% Health - 30% Magic - 20% Difficulty - 90%

Attributes: Primary - Marksman Secondary - Assassin

Abilities: Passive - Silencer All of Avion's attacks except his ultimate will not reveal his position when in brushes or out of enemy vision. While in brushes, Avion will have increased ranged of all abilities except for his ultimate and allies inside the brush will turn him invisible for 5 seconds if they reveal their position with attacks.

First Ability - Scatter Rounds Avion fires a bullet that shatters upon impact. This bullet deals physical damage to the target it hits and reduced damage to enemies within the cone in front of the impact point and the line pass it. The bullet will also impact against large terrain, dealing reduced physical damage to enemies within the cone in front of the impact point.

Second Ability - Blind Spot Avion tosses a smoke bomb onto a target area that lasts for 4 seconds, blinding enemies within the radius. Enemies within the radius also lose armor by 10% of Avion's total physical damage.

Third Ability - Marked On the next attack, Avion fires a bullet that deals additional physical damage to the target and bleeds out the target to take overtime damage and has them revealed for two seconds. The reveal effect will disable if Dead Eye'd Caliber is activated.

Ultimate - Dead Eye'd Caliber Avion removes the silencer from his Sniper Rifle and roots himself in place to take the farthest shot he can do. His next 4 basic attacks, only able to target enemy champions, fires a global ranged bullet that deals tons of Physical damage to the target he hits. These bullets cannot be blocked by walls formed by enemies unless they are ultimates but will reduce the bullet's damage by 50%. Avion cannot shoot through large terrain or high terrain. Where ever Avion can shoot is within his limited true sight. While using this ability within the brush, Avion turns invisible but will reveal himself for 1 second each time he shoots a round. Without the silencer attached, everyone, including enemies can hear his shots. Here's how it works. As Avion roots himself in place, the true sight switches to what Avion can see from his point of view. It's like using your eyes. He doesn't see through walls or at places higher than his current position unless the targets are on the edge.

Synergy: Works well with -

• It's good to ensure there is someone to shield you as you fire those bullets. Braum is the perfect example of protection if stealth is no longer an option.

• If you have to babysit, the best partner is one who can stay invisible. Teemo's Camouflage plus Avion's Silencers make them the best Duo for stealth and sneak attacks or ambushes for enemies who don't suspect them. . . unless they reveal their position with ward. . .

• When you're hunting, that's when the real fun comes into play. Rengar's Thrill of the Hunt can include Avion to seek out targets out of Rengar's reach but within his sight. Although Rengar considers Avion's Marksmanship as cheating, they both prioritize killing high value targets if they tend to get in the way.

• It's not just Bard's job to take care of troubled wanderers. Avion can roam the jungle as well to have both him and Bard to keep an eye out for each other. The only difference is, Avion's on the right side is dead (His right eye).

Struggles against -

• You can't stay invisible if some scumbag ghost finds you. With Kalista's Sentinels, she can seek out Avion where ever he's hiding. Despite using a silencer, that doesn't make him completely invisible from a ghost unless he's using those Dead Eye'd Caliber bullets.

• You can't hide from your fate, especially while Twisted Fate has lady luck into play. With Destiny, no matter where he goes, no matter where he hides, they always reveal his twisted fate.

• They aren't just gonna find Avion. They need to trap him too. With Jarvan's Cataclysm, he can trap Avion, making him unable to use Dead Eye'd Caliber to shoot outside of the rocks. Avion is fragile so once he's trapped, there's a higher chance he won't survive the ambush.

• If you can't reach him, at least you can block him. Emperor's Divide makes Avion's targets run for good cover, making Dead Eye'd Caliber useless, especially against those shields.

Tips:

• Playing as Avion

Study at your environment. Find a good place to use Dead Eye'd Caliber to take out your targets. Blind Spot is the initiation of ambushes or to help run from your enemies. Keep your distance in team fights. Keep out of enemy sight but make sure the enemies are within your sight. The best spot for sniping are in lanes as long as the enemies don't cover behind turrets.

• Playing against Avion

If you hear gunfire, take cover. There's a chance that Avion has you on sight from a distance. If you're suddenly taking damage, that's Avion shooting you from out of your visual sight or from within brushes. Find those spots quickly to catch Avion. Avion may be a dangerous shot but he's not as armored. Keep attacking him but do not lose sight of him if he tries to run. It is a game of hide and seek if Avion is roaming through the jungle. Try to find Avion before he finds you. You best bet is to find him when he moves between brushes.

Lore: Avion Lancer, age 18, height 6' 0", Stealth Class Marksman, Code named "Dead Eye". He was an illegal experiment abducted at the age of 6. Trained to be one of the most deadliest soldiers ever existed. Soldiers like him have taken strict training, physical and psychological discipline, but most importantly, rewarding value for their great success causing them to continue training. He is equipped with a sniper rifle, capable of long distant fire. Much further than any other weapon invented by the residents of Valoran. It also speaks since it's wielder isn't much of a talker. Don't let the way he speaks fool you. That's not the Dead Eye that's talking. That's just the gun doing all the talking. And I mean that in both literally and figuratively.

These abducted children have no memory of their abduction nor do they remember the people who suspect it. However we've manage to track down some of them. That includes Dead Eye. We've suspected Zuan involvement in their experiment but they share no connection to Zuan Agents or any other residents from Zuan.

Some of you have heard that he's working for the organization that abducted him. No. He's rebelled against the organization after learning about his abduction and has left to live as a huntsman just to find out about his long lost childhood.

Since he's dangerous, some of you expect me to place a bounty. No. I will not place a bounty. Instead, we've plan to recruit him to the organization. His parents have authorized his rescue after learning about his abduction. We didn't have the chance to fulfill this mission until now and we have set up the perfect spot for his return.

The summoners from the Institute of War have formed a systematic organization we all know today as the League of Legends. Welcoming any living being, man or monster, this has caught the attention of Avion in order to gain attention from his long lost family.

That's when we come to prove him right. He will join and remain in the league for now. But he will not suspect that he has a family greater than he thinks. When the time comes, he will join us. We could use a marksman like him to take down even more dangerous criminals within or outside the League of Legends.

The Summoners' way of settling politics isn't as full proof as they think.

Appearance: Avion starts off wearing a light armor with a small dark gray shoulder cape on the left side, along with a brown thick glove on his right hand and a fingerless black glove on his left hand. His pants and boots are made of leather. The pants is black and the boots are brown. His light armor is made of leather as well. It's leather armor is brown and the inner shirt is black. His weapon, I'm not sure what it looks like but the weapon has lights that blink as the weapon speaks. I'll show you the dialogue in a minute.

As he levels up his ultimate, he starts to get covered in grass for camouflage. The higher the tier, the more camouflaged he becomes. Same with his weapon. It also gets covered in grass for camouflage.
