Galio Quality of Life Fixes

I love new Galio im fine with q nerfs but, his w and e could use a little qof buffs. I think his w is great the only problem i see with it is that you can flash with it but not protobelt it would really make a good item on him even better. The way it is now he actually has no good/reliable ability to combo his protobelt with but other than that i love his w. Secondly his e the ability in general could use a lot of work just yesterday i lost a double kill because a sona walked behind me and made it some my e wouldn't go forward and kill the ad and jungler both under 100 hp. Also i dont like how you cant use flash to combo with it i mean i haven't looked but i cant actually think of a shorter ranged knock up (besides reksai but she can use her tunnel into it). i feel the jump back length should be halved but the amount of time it takes should still be the same its not a little hop back its a jump back then a leap forward. I feel you should be able to flash with it as well similar to gragas e. I honestly feel he is only being played rn because his skill damage is a little to much after they bring them down i feel like he will be in a similar spot he was because there is someone that can do his job better than him ie. top shen jungle zac/gragas supp gragas/leona. I mean i love the champ i joined the galio club becuase of his changes i just dont want to see him fall into the spot he used to be in.
