Ultimate or Legendary Season 5 Championship Skin/s

While I was looking over all the champions that have skins made for their participation in the Season 1-4 championships, I noticed they were all just 750 RP, all 20 of them (including not yet released Samsung Skins). Then I thought, wouldn't it be awesome if Riot would honor the MVP of the Season 5 World Championship (doesn't even have to be on the winning team, just fan voted), with an Ultimate or Legendary skin. This would be the absolute greatest honor that gives all the participating players in the Season 5 World Championships a shot at being recognized as one of the best (or the best), even if their team didn't make it all the way.

What are your thoughts on this Riot, and the LoL community, is this a good idea that should be put into affect? Feel free to state your personal thoughts about the idea/concept of creating a Ultimate/Legendary Skin to honor the fan voted MVP.

The MVP would probably be picked by highest percentages of "voted for," in a region. Then based on the percentages per region, the MVP would be chosen, so that way highly populated regions fans wouldn't have an advantage over other region's fans. I think it would go something like that.
