I think for Halloween Riot should make a spooky bard skin and it should be Bard with a bed sheet over him and little eye holes! 
So Spooks! And his heals should be jack-o-lanterns with candy inside, for his meeps i was thinking maybe purple fire ball things idk I just feel like bard should have more skins

His recall could be like the Charlie Brown Halloween, where he gets out a bag nad pulls out a rock, and a rare % chance of recalling he gets a candy instead of a rock His joke could be him trying to put a pumpkin on his head or a meep pick up the sheet and nothing is under it
His sounds could be more halloween themed such as wind scrapping dried leaves together or a far away scream of laughter that gets louder as he gets more chimes. His Insult could even be him laughing evilly or something
Maybe for his spooks, he could have little zombies or little ghosts. I LOVE the bed sheet idea.
