Lux does not need a buff she needs to get nerfed. One of her strongest abilities that already has a short cooldown now has an even shorter one. it does too much damage and she doesn't even need to be in fights so she is kind of hard to hit.
I agree, no mage champion with a big ult should be able to ult every 28 seconds, then when her new buff her ult cooldown can go down to 14 seconds. Rito pls
You know, the only thing I hate about Lux is her E. If Riot thinks she needs a buff then she should get a buff. But her E needs a minor rework to how it works. The range on that thing is retarded.
I don't think she's particularly strong btw. She is a major annoyance in lane. But that's it.

I remember when the short cooldown on Annie's ult was considered a hot topic way back never. Why is Lux suddenly a hot topic, because she received a small buff? Seems like a silly reason.
