(Alternate Kit Concept) Fiddlesticks, the Harbinger of Doom

This is just a cool idea I thought of for a more Illaoi-esque zone control oriented Fiddlesticks! I hope you enjoy!

((Author's Note, I am really bad with numbers in terms of balance. I'll try my best on abilities, but I won't make any baseline stats. Just assume they'd be set appropriately for such a kit))

Passive: A Murder of Crows- Fiddlestickss Presence occasionally attracts/creates Crows that perch on nearby terrain (Sort of like illaoi tentacles but smaller and more frequent). These crows generate an aura of fear, increasing the likelihood of more crows appearing nearby (Every crow in a given area not only reduces the cooldown of crows spawning (up to a cap ofc) but also provides a chance for additional crows to arrive with each spawn (the chance increasing per crow up to a cap). Enemies within 600 units of a crow also gain the "Rising Fear" debuff, lasting forever or for up to 2 seconds after they leave the radius. No more than 3 crows can be within any given Rising Fear radius. They last indefinitely as long as Fiddlesticks is nearby, but if he leaves a certain radius (Say the Illaoi tentacle radius, probably a little shorter) the crows can be "shooed away" by attacking them once, and will not apply mounting dread or affect crow spawns, and will disappear after 30 seconds if Fiddlesticks does not return to the radius. If Fiddlesticks stands still for 1.5 seconds, he turns into a Scarecrow, causing crows to perch on each of his arms (Like 2 or 3 probably). Crows interact with Fiddlesticks' abilities. All of his abilities can be cast without breaking this effect as long as he does not need to move into cast range.

Q- True Terror: Fiddlesticks invades a target enemy's mind and floods them with hallucinations and and terror-inducing images for 3 seconds, Fearing them. If the enemy is feared while they have the "Rising Fear" Debuff, the Fear target they run away from will be the Nearest Crow instead of Fiddlesticks (If the buff falls off during the fear, they will switch back to running away from Fiddle). If Fiddlesticks' gets a kill or assist, this ability's cooldown is refreshed. Mana Cost- 100/90/80/70/60 Cooldown- 12 Seconds Range- Same as current

W- Drain: Fiddlesticks' forces a target enemy to meet his dreadful gaze, allowing him to reach into their soul and create a link between him and the target enemy for 5 seconds. As long as the link is maintained, Fiddlesticks will slowly rip away their souls, dealing 3/3.5/4/3.5/5 (+.01 AP)% Current HP Magic damage (minimum 20/40/60/80/100 (+.1AP) Magic Damage). If the Enemy has the "Rising Fear" debuff, then all crows who are also within the ability's break range of the target will make the connection as well, dealing 15% of the abilities damage. The connection between the target and crows deactivates if the debuff falls off, but reactivates if they re-gain the debuff during the abilities duration (IE so long as Fiddlesticks' connection has remained intact, and they haven't left the break range of the crows in question, in which case those connections break individually). Fiddlesticks heals for 60/70/80/90/100% of the damage dealt by this ability. If the target dies during the ability's duration, the cooldown is reduced by the remaining duration. Initial cast range- 600 Break Range- 1200 Mana Cost- 100/120/140/160/180 Cooldown- 8/7/6/5/4 seconds after the connection is broken.

E- Dark Flight: Fiddlesticks' commands one of his crows to fly to the target location. Dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+.4AP) Magic damage and silencing for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds all enemies the crow passes through along the way. The Crow still applies the Rising Fear debuff while on this flight, and cannot be made to land too close to a flock of 3 crows (As that would cause 4 crows to be in a single radius, which is invalid). The ability's range is determined from the targeted crow. Cast Range- 1300 Mana Cost- 80/90/100/110/120 Cooldown- 10/9/8/7/6

R- Crowstorm: Fiddlesticks' being channeling for 2 seconds (Yes, he goes scarecrow and creates crows on himself during the channel), drawing all crows on the map to his location. Once the channel ends, he teleports to a pre-targeted location, and creates a storm of madness, fear, and crows. The ult can be recast to change the target location during the channel, but he cannot move (as in the new location must be within the range). It can be canceled by right clicking outside of the range. Casting abilities during the channel instead queues the last attempted cast, instead of canceling the channel. Once the channel is complete (and the ultimate wasn't canceled by moving) the last attempted cast is cast. For 5 seconds after channeling, any crows he drew to him will quickly fly around him. Each crow will fly at the innermost radius they can around him without flying along the same radius as another crow (Each crow takes up about 50 units). They make a full revolution every second, and start at random positions along their flight path. They still apply the Rising Fear debuff. (Meaning that if Fiddlesticks drains someone, effectively every crow will also connect, and feared enemies will run away from the nearest crow at the time of cast). Enemies within the radius of the ability (Determined by the number of crows he gathered for it) take 125/225/325 (+.45AP) Magic damage per second. Casting Dark Flight on a crow during Crowstorm instead causes it to fly to a target location and back to its Crowstorm flightpath.

WEW! That was a doosey to write. I hope this idea of a Fiddle kit was at least partially entertaining to imagine XD. I'm pretty sure it'd be totally imbalanced (Not sure if it'd be broken or borked) with these numbers. But the concepts and raw mechanics are the more important part, the numbers are just to help offer some semblance of clarity.
