@Riot About Graves Cigar (A fair way to get it back)

So.. I can make "Graves cant have his cigar" jokes all day but that's not what this is about. In a post in the Skin and Champion Concepts there was a complaint about how the new jinx skin shoots alcohol but graves cant have his cigar so a Rioter commented saying "but she isn't drinking it" So can we give Graves a cigar that isn't being smoked. Just being chewed on or something. Also why would it be removed to begin with the game is rated T for alcohol and drug usage. Also, if Jinx is allowed to shoot beer because she isn't drinking it then what is Yasuo's interaction where he literally DRINKS HIS BEER THEN COMMENTS ABOUT IT. This doesn't make any sense. Can someone preferably a rioter explain.

She's not shooting beer, it's a molotov cocktail. Equating it to alcohol and tobacco depiction laws is as ridiculous as saying a medic in a game can't use an alcohol based disinfectant on a wound for the same law. There's a big difference.

The whole argument the community uses for Graves's cigar is just a big joke. Some people understand why he can't have it and are in on the joke, and the rest have no idea what they are talking about and their rage is unjustified.
