New skin for Elise

I feel like it goes without saying that there should be a Carnival Elise Skin. Abilities would work as normal, but she would be a clown in both forms. Yes, it would be a throwback to IT, but it also fits into her lore. She has to prey on the innocent to keep living, and few can resist her seductions. Personally, I would make the spiderlings also have party hats and red hair added onto the character models, because small spiders need love too.
