Armand and Cami take on the Rift! - Champion concept -

-The story- The guy is named Armand. He was sheltered by his mother, Sarina, at a very young age. She was the Princess of light and clarity. Her kingdom was one of the greatest, and everyone loved and adored her swift and sovereign justice. Armand's heroic morals came from his mother's side of the family. His father,Arkness, however was the prince of darkness. Ruling the shadow realm with an iron fist. Sarina knew that the day would come where she could no longer protect her child, so she spent 9 months forging very sacred light armor. The Armor was specifically tailored to fit Armand,once he grew to a certain age, and to protect him from even the darkest forces of evil. When Prince Arkness invaded the light kingdom in order to take back his son so that he could fulfill his destiny as heir of the shadow realm, Armand's mother gave her child to her most noble and trusted servant. She also gave him a spell bound chest that could only be opened by Armand's fighting spirit. One day he would be a great hero. Sarina sacrificed herself in the epic battle that would destroy the light kingdom.

Over the course of growing up, Armand was passed around from foster home to foster home. Getting further and further from the truth about his family. He eventually is adopted by a strange man. The noble servant. He explained Armand's history and revealed the sacred chest his mother left him. Upon opening it Armand finds a few pieces of magic armor, a sword, and a camouflage backpack. As time passes Armand finds out that the backpack is also enchanted, and that it is a she. He named her Cami because she always wears a camouflage colored top. Though what she wears can differ from time to time, but is always the same color. She also has straps on her back in human form, so Armand can wear her whenever. Cami is always supporting Armand anyway possible. Like holding his items and healing his wounds with countless mending spells Sarina gave her.

Armand's glowing sword is called Daylight. It is specifically designed to smite evil where it stands. It cannot break or melt, but lacks range outside of Armand's T-Rex arms. His Armor is 100% resistant against dark magic. As long as Armand wears it, his father cannot corrupt him. But as long as he wears it, he cannot enter the shadow realm as the armor repels darkness, which is everywhere in that unholy place. Armand also has developed fire magic. It is not as effective as his sword, but gives him a little more range. He sees his flames as a warming light that will save EVERYONE. Arkness however knows the true nature of fire. To spread and destroy everything in it's path. He knows that Armand is walking the path of the hero, but that doesn't mean he won't stray. Armand is periodically stalked by his evil doppelganger "Dark Armand", or Darmand for short. Darmand doesn't have a weapon, but is an exact copy of Armand. His eyes are completely white and glowing, and his enchanted armor is in bad condition. He is also always silhouetted, even in the light. He does not speak, but will often glare at Armand from a distance. Watching and grinning, as he knows that Armand has a darker side of him that he is trying to avoid. Darmand IS that darker side.

-How would they fit into the Rift?- I could see Armand as a melee range fighter, who gains additional range with his magic. I picture him having above average base magic resist, and below average armor that summoners will have to account for in their builds. He could scale mostly off of ad, and a bit of ap for his fire magic. I also think it would be interesting to give him the ability to toggle Cami's human form on and off. While on, Armand is unable to attack but gains a slight movement speed boost, and Cami is able to use healing spells for allied champions. Cami's heals would also scale off of ap. This would give Armand some versatility on the battlefield. He'd be able to support, mid-lane, or even jg if the meta continues to evolve as it has been. (Ahem, rank 6 Gnar with a rank 7 token who mains supp, ahem)

-Relationship with champions- Armand wouldn't really know anyone, but he is studios,would study every single champion, and have special interactions with a few of the communities favorites. Here are a few examples:

Garren - "Woah! Can you even see past those things?" Annie - "I didn't want to go to Tibber's tea party anyways..." Azir - "Shurima was a great kingdom. I wish I could have seen it." ( He doesn't know of it's rebirth) Master Yi - "Man you're fast! Teach me how to do that!" Xin xao - "Challenge accepted." Jax - "Who wants a piece of the lamp?" (mockingly) Talyah - "You rock, Taliyah!" Yasou- "I'll break your wind!...wall...sigh, brilliant." Teemo - "Satan..." (Said in an evil voice)

-Idea- I made myself into a cartoon waay back in early middle school. He's been changing in appearance and story as I grew up, and now I feel like he should be doing something worth while. The pink hoody is one that I wear irl, and I also own a camouflage backpack.

-Wrap up- There is more information I could clear up, also more art, but first I will see how the community takes the idea before I go further. Oh, also not just the community. Anyone's welcome to say something, just be mindful of your language. I think this place is being watched over by the man...
