Cruxio - The Wandering Vagabond

Bio - His origins are unknown, he is said to hail from Demacia due to his ideals of "Divine Justice" but that might not be true. Cruxio, an alias so that no one can truly know who he is, has been to almost every single city tracking individuals down who have done wrong and must "atone" for their sins. His name in famous in Bilgewater as most criminals go there to begin anew as Bilgewater is place of new beginnings where what you have done stays in the past. The only one to care for your past there would probably be Cruxio.

As a younger man he served in the Noxian military and has taken part in the siege of Qualthala in which he managed to survive. He was assumed to be dead after this conflict as he disappeared from the battlefield shortly afterwards. Witnessing the brutality during this siege brought a sense of disgust to his face coupled with a sense of hostility towards Noxus and hatred towards his former general Kled. With that in mind he escaped the city of Noxus going unnoticed and killing any who might report his location.

He then ventured to the Freljord where he would hone his tracking and marksmanship skills within this icy enviornment. The storms and tundra like environment allowed for Cruxio to become stronger in many ways both physically and mentally. During his time spent here he comes across Ashe in which he explains his reasons for being there and hostility towards Noxus. She allows him to stay only for 4 years as they feared that Noxus may come looking for their escaped soldier. Here Cruxio learns to use alchemy to his advantage making a combat ready potion that can be used for a variety of situations.

After spending the 4 years he was allowed in the Freljord he decided to head towards Demacia, the seen enemy of Noxus, which in his mind was to be his safe haven. Traveling through the streets of Demacia he hears many stories of great heroes and what they had done, such as Jarvan I battling Sion valiantly in combat for the pursuit of Justice. In this city Cruxio meets Vayne from chance, a lucky chance indeed, for she gives Cruxio a path to take. Vayne and Cruxio talked for some time, she elaborated on what her hunt is and that she must hunt down those lost in darkness, that she must purge those of evil. In addition to that, she explains to him what true justice means and why it is needed. As he explains what he plans to do to Vayne, she decides to fuel his cause giving him a weapon known as "Justicar", and the attachments that come with it. After all this and leaving Vayne, Cruxio made his own version of a purge or rather a crusade, to hunt down every criminal that he could find.

As his mind is set towards a goal he can stand behind, Cruxio heads to Bilgewater the home of theives and criminals. There he makes a name for himself killing all those who have commited vulgar crimes and begins his crusade. He then travels to several cities killing those who have wronged until the rift comes into his vision. His reasons for going to the rift are to not stop those who are evil rather to exact revenge on those who have done wrong especially the Noxians. There is nothing that will stop his crusade and he claims, "The day my mission ends is the day I put a bullet in my own head for I will be the last sinner."

Cruxio is a ranged champion who uses a large revolver name justicar and carries a large cross shaped case on his back on his back

Passive - The ordained - Cruxios weapon, justicar has only 6 rounds in the chamber before he must reload or wait a certain time to reload. Justicars bullets are blessed with magical energy meaning they also deal magic damage in addition to physical damage. In addition every enemy champion killed inspires cruxio to continue his crusade granting him permanent additional movement speed and increases the magic damage from his auto attacks

Move Speed increase: 3% per champion meaning 15% if he kills every single one at least once.

Magic damage from autos is from 15% to 30% and increases after one of each champion killed. (3% per champion killed)

Q - Hallowed Rounds - Cruxio loads justicar with ammunition filled with holy water. His next six auto attacks now explode with holy water causing anything behind the initial target to take splash damage. Using this skill automatically reloads cruxios weapon, only reloading 3 missing bullets or less. (Items such as Runaan's Hurricane does not apply splash damage on other enimies only on the primary enemy targeted.)

Cooldown: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 Mana Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 Spash Damage: 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% (AD and magic damage from passive)

W - Mixed alchemy - Strapped across cruixios vest are vials of special potions concocted for battle. Throwing this potion in an area will set the ground ablaze while setting any enemies in it on fire dealing damage over time. While it is being thrown the ability can be reactivated and the vial will explode mid air spraying the potion in a tight arc with more distance which slows enemies with a freezing mist.

Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 Mana Cost: 45/50/55/60/65 Initial damage if not exploded mid air: 40/90/140/190/240 and enemies are Burned for 35/75/105/145/185 over 2.5 seconds. If exploded mid air it will deal 55/100/45/190/235 and slows by 5%/10%/15%/25%/30% Range: 750 Range if exploded in mid air: 900

E - Trace Round - Cruxio fires a special tipped bullet which is a skill shot. The ability can be reactivated to give cruxio a small burst of movement speed while slowing the enemy hit for a short time. While the enemy is hit they are marked (2.5 to 3.5 seconds possibly) for a short time allowing only cruxio to see them if they are out of vision. In addition while they are marked if the slowing version of mixed alchemy is used in them they are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Mana cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7/6.5 Damage: 30/65/100/135/170 Slow: 10%/10%/15%/15%/20% Move Speed gain 15% Range: 750

R - Last Rites - Cruxio opens his cross shaped case and takes out weapon attachments for justicar. Justicar now holds 8 rounds and grants cruxio an increase in attack range. Additionally hallowed rounds can only be used once in this form (it will not reload justicar if used, after some auto attacks are made then the remaining bullets will have true damage), upon use hallowed rounds replaces the magic damage with true damage. Upon firing 7 rounds cruxio can reactivate this ability to fire his last bullet, in a line and is skill shot, to deal more damage stopping at the first enemy champion hit.

This is actually pretty cool, but he feels very similar to miss fortune gameplay and thematically

I like it other than the having to reactivate the E. it seems kind of pointless because there's no reason to not reactivate it and no need to wait on activating it like other abilities. Also, I don't dislike it I just find it weird, but the W potion can burn or freeze based on if you reactivate it. To me that doesn't really make any sense. Other than that I liked it.
