More comedy and fun skins for league

Alright I've been thinking about how we could make league of legends a lot more funnier which makes people want to play this game more than they already do. So i thought of a couple of champions that could use a funny skin. If you want to do any of these feel free to respond. I'm just a dude trying to put his ideas out. :P The following is what i came up with and the help of a couple of friends i met on here.

Reblitzerator (a skin for blitz as a refrigerator) Passive: completly normal just a different color Q: instead of a hand ( it will be a milkshake coming out of his door) W: every time you activate his speed boost blitz will say "Is your refrigerator running? and he will run with a faint ice trail behind him E: Blitzcrank would open his fridge door and hit someone up with it while dropping food everywhere (but if you don't like the door hitting people part) or just use his hands like normal. R: Blitz will scream MALFUNCTION (if you want to change that phrase go right ahead) and he would open his fridge door and ice would come out and freeze everyone around him (static field into ice) his ults passive will constantly (zap) freeze enemies around him by dropping a piece of hail on them from the sky.
That would be blitz's new skin in my eyes. Next is Janitor nidalee sadly i didn't come up with too much about her but instead of her spear it would be a mop and her cat form would have the janitor jacket on her (go ahead and make ideas for the rest of her spells unless you want to keep them the same)

The next one isn't really much of funny but yet cool I call is Witch Doctor teemo even though it might sound a little cool his spells would pretty much have the same effect and everything. but his mushrooms would be little traps with spikes (you can keep the exploding noise if you want) and have the noise of nidalee's or caitlyn's traps

Next is groovy ezreal Q: ez shoots a little rainbow at the enemy W: a full rainbow get shot at the enemy and gives allies extra attack speed E: ezreal teleports through a rainbow and shoots a tiny rainbow and the nearest enemy R: Ezreal loads up his arcane bow and shoots out a LARGE rainbow in a targeted direction

Next is Bruce Swain (Batman) instead of birds they are bats Q:Swain sends his raven (bat) to cripple an enemy W:(keep this the same) E:(same) R: Swain takes the form of a gigantic bat and during this time bats strike out three nearby enemies

Last but not least Military heimerdinger (if the word military does not suit you go ahead and change it) Q: Heimerdinger places a nerf turret (or just a normal toy turret prefferably nerf) with a toy army guy (green) on top of (controlling) the turret W: Heimerdinger launches paper airplanes instead of rockets
E: heimerdinger throws out a toy box and as soon as it lands it launches out toy army men R: (Q) Heimerdinger will put out a real turret with a real army guy covered in camouflage controlling the turret (W) Heimerdinger launches real airplanes instead of paper airplanes (E) Heimerdinger launches out a toy box and the toy box bounces three times launching out toy army guys on every bounce
