New Character idea
Two children grew up surrounded in a world of pain and suffering. Made to watch people die around him including there parents. He was born in a world of war. There mother a Proud speaker for Demacia, There father a ruthless Noxus general. They met by chance and cast aside there differences, but were caught and executed in the end. They had 2 children one a sweet, innocent girl. The other a big, blood-thirsty boy driven to grow up fast to protect his sister.. and to kill those that killed his parents.
The idea for this champion would be to be controlling 2 champions. They both are on the screen and are both controllable at the same time. They get buffs when there near each other. When one dies you are still alive with the other and considering which one is still alive has a secret passive to buff that one character to avenge there fallen sibling. The catch is Dylan uses AD for his abilities and Sarah uses AP for hers. Dylan uses a Hammer and Sarah two hands a long sword. For ability use you use 1-3 to switch between characters or you can click the individual and the overlay will pop up for that champion. You use the 3 button to control them both at the same time combining there abilities and cool downs. You can make switching any key you want i'm just using 1-3 as an example. This champion would take a lot of micro but would reward for doing such. These champions would go top lane because their mainly tanks with CC and buffing each other while in combat. Each champion would have their own individual cool downs besides their ultimate or their R. They both also have their own experience bar and mana bar. They both have their own money and items.
Passive- Beauty and Power: Dylan has increased Armor and Magic resist by 2-36 (Based on level) while near Sarah. Sarah feels comfortable around Dylan gaining 30-60 AP while near Dylan. If Sarah dies Dylan is enraged making his abilities cost no mana and gains 60-100 AD. If Dylan dies Sarah will mourn for her lost brother and be frightened gaining 50% Movement speed.
Q- Slam/Slash: Dylan's next basic attack will deal bonus damage (50% AD) and apply a 30%/35%/40%/50%/55% slow for 1/1.2/1.5/1.8/2.5. Sarah's next Basic attack will slash through armor dealing magic damage 40/70/90/120/140 (60% AP) as a bleed and also giving her a movement speed bonus by 10%/15%/20%/30%/35%. If you use Sarah's and Dylan's Q within 5 seconds they take increased bleed damage by 50-300 true damage (Based on level of Sarah)
W-Hurl/Flail: Dylan will leap to target area stunning anyone he lands on for 2 seconds dealing 200/300/400/500/600 (30% AD) Sarah will lunge forward. Any ally near her will gain 10/20/30/40/50 Armor and Magic Resist. Any enemy near her will be damaged by 100/200/350/400/450 (50% AP) If used together after the animation all allies including them get 20% movement speed.
E-Blood Rage/Think: Dylan remembers his parents and sends himself into a rage for the next 20 seconds giving himself 40% movement speed, can't use abilities but uses 5% of his mana to deal bonus damage (40% AD) Sarah kneels and calms herself gaining 10% of her health while using 20% of her mana.
R- Family Combo: You target one enemy that is under 50% health and Dylan lunges towards that champion and punts him towards Sarah dealing 100 true damage. Sarah stabs him 3/4/6 dealing 300/400/500 (40% AP) If the target dies Sarah and Dylan are healed for half the damage dealt. If the target doesn't Dylan gains 25 armor penetration and 40% attack speed and deals 10% more damage to the target. Sarah is scared for her brother for being deep and heals Dylan for all the damage she deals for the next 4 seconds. She also does 4% more damage to the target.
This champion would be very neat in my opinion. It would add a little versatility to the game and a champion that takes a little micro to use.
