Lets add some real changes for a more complete League Expierence

I know League Devs have been working hard to implement changes to make League better. Playing this game now for over 5 years I've noticed some things get better while some have gotten worse. I invite the Devs to read over these ideas and consider the impact they would have on the game.

  1. League Clubs: They organize but fail in the executable department: If the whole point of clubs is to organize players into a group where they can help each other, why is it a player cannot invite a club member to a game without first adding them to their friends list? This means basically a club becomes a non interactive tool except for messaging. Allow players from the same club to click the club drop-down and right click to invite a fellow online club member to a party.

  2. Grading game-play rewards players but doesn't stop toxicity in game: Why not display to the team the grading in game as the player is playing based on their progress? Yes the Devs will have to build a bit more coding scenarios to create checkpoints for grades but most toxic players thrive on calling out players for lack of what they consider " better play." If Riot displays how the player is doing in game, players will have a tough time arguing bad game play of a teammate with a grade of A in game. Each position would have its own milestones and objectives that affect the grade. Example: A support with X amount of assists at a certain time in game could raise the ranking. Warding X amount of times affect the grade ETC. Grades could be displayed on the player's picture Hub.

  3. Lets create some real intricate game play between game characters: Riot started this process with Ashe vs Lissandra, Rengar vs Kha but somehow it dropped off. Why not create Rivals based on the characters backstory? If for example Lux is on one team and Zoe is on another, Lux or Zoe killing that rival champ could give some kind of reward. The announcer upon the kill would say "Rival Kill". On the splash load screen the rivals would be marked by some kind of symbol like a star with an R in it. If there are two rival pairs in one game the stars could be different colors matching the opponents rival (example: Lux vs Zoe green R star Rengar vs Kha both have red R stars)

  4. We have Mastery for champions why not have mastery for positions? Someone might be an M7 for one champion but if they don't play that champion and still play the same position no one really knows that they are not a rookie in that position. Why not create a system where players are also rewarded on how much time they spend playing a position not just a champion? I understand Riots desire not to clog up the load screen's splash with a lot of symbols but maybe even borders or something small to display a player's expertise in the position can go a long way to reducing toxicity in game by allowing a team to trust the player in the role.

  5. Lane chats: Sometimes you don't want the whole team to hear things that pertain to just the lane you are in. Why not create tabs based on location? This way if you are bottom lane and only want Bottom lane to see messages you can type in that tab only. Other players would only be able to see the chat if they actually enter the area the chat is set for. If you are top and don't enter the bottom lane you cant access that chat. parameters can be set by setting up enable and disable based on the Rift Map and the players current location.

  6. Build your own Skin: Riot took a step in forging different skins with the use of chromas. Whole skins can still be a very fun purchase but why not also start moving to more of a piece system/transaction. Players could buy pieces of gear for each character (head, chest arms etc), buy paint to color them whatever they want and create some fun skins. Giving players more options can allow Riot to concentrate on other faucets of League while giving players the flexibility to create endless skin combinations. Colors and gear can cost different prices based on rarity. Paint colors, once bought, could be used for any Character's gear paintings. These combinations can be saved and accessed just like any other pre-made skins.
