New skin for GangPlank

I know that we had a new gangplank skin, but the sailor skin is kinda similar to my idea. My gangplank idea is shipwreck. That is going to be three fish. He has no shirt, and a chain. His pants is going to be dark blue from the water. And his pose is, he's pistol is down and his sword is up. The background would show a ship crash into a rock. Comment if you have questions
