Skins for Champ's

Skarner's getting a new skin. It's not really a matter of opinion, just a matter of what they're doing. I'm sorry Zac doesn't have any skins.

Skarner got 2 skins in the last 4 months... probably the record for the shortest time between getting another skin...

Skarner got Battlecast not that long ago, and Guardian of the Sands is currently testing on the PBE. He's not lacking skins anymore.

Zac almost certainly has something in production by now, but we haven't gotten any information about it yet.
