Really interesting nostalgic skin idea

Ok, here me out....most of us remember the show Recess right? Well if you do, you'll remember the character called King Bob, the supposed ruler of the playground, looking at him he wears a hockey jersey, a helmet made to look like a crown and a hockey stick, well I think it would make a good skin for someone like Jarvan IV, it would fit well and hey it could be a legendary skin, change what his abilities look like, his ultimate wall could be the jungle gym from the show they call "Old Rusty" thats just a thought of a skin idea but I thought it would be cool to pitch
